Just tried out the Blackhoof Village place in Dustwallow Marsh. Probably the best farming spot for Silk Cloth imo. I dont know if its just about being lucky but I got 120 silk cloth and 10 mageweave in about 15-20 minutes. Obviously, its sick! I didnt bother to gather the mobs and aoe them down.I would personally suggest that if you are farming for first aid, that you do this instead in Hillsbrad and Alterac.
