I made a tier list on a different account (that I since have deleted) so I guess i'll give you my opinion. I do agree with the Ak & Sniper Rifle being up there, but I think the machete is a bit iffy. The best melee is the Axe imo. The shotguns, hunting rifle, & the silenced SMG & the pump action shottie are a bit lower.

p.s. the Heavy Crystal II is one of the best weapons in the game. It's hard to get, but absolutely superb. 100% breach chance, 20% stun chance, 19 charge time and no missile ammo needed, plus it only costs 20 scrap. It's a faster, missile-free Breach missile with double the breach chance for a third the cost.
