Christopher, check your Passive Door Lock settings in Settings>Vehicle. There are options there for Touch Off, On With Horn Chirp, and On. If you want to have the passive door lock functional without a horn chirp, then select "On". At least that's how it works on my 2018 XTS Luxury.
