Any fellow American ex-pats here who need to mail their tax returns to the Austin, TX IRS at 3651 S IH35, but have/had their returns stuck at "In Transit, Arriving Late" for over three weeks? USPS couldn't build a case, claiming it is IRS' problem (ranging from failure to scan it as Delivered to stuck in IRS' own mail sorting facility).I'm trying to track my package and it just shows " Your package is moving within the USPS network and is on track to be delivered to its final destination.
