The robot is away from walls and perfectly level. There is nothing under the robot. It's filled to the line with normal clumping cat litter. I've tested with an empty drawer and full drawer, it makes no difference. If I reset the light back to blue and have it cycle, it stops mid-cycle, returns to original position, and red/blue appears again. The yellow light flashing quickly is due to the anti-pinch feature. The Anti-Pinch safety feature is two pin connected to the motherboard that must touch each other continuously. If they are separated, you will have an alarm (yellow blinking light). The Anti-Pinch safety is located in the top back left of the Litter-Robot base.I’ve got mine on a solid level floor with no debris. I’ve also tried everything suggested to troubleshoot and haven’t gotten it to function still. Seems kinda ridiculous I should even have to be doing this when I’ve owned it less than 3 months.
