After doing research and spending time in the CFBR discord it seems cgators22 mod/sliders and J-Kits sliders are the most popular sliders to use for dynasty/RTG. One thing I notice when playing on heisman in ncaa 11 PS2 is that when the momentum favors the other team, my offense almost becomes useless and I have to rely on turnovers/lucky plays to get back in the game. I can't speak for Heisman, haven't played it since the beginning of the year.
