Imo the free ones that don't make runs longer are all the Ba-Ba ones, Blowing Mud + Lively Larvae on Kephri, all except Upset Stomach on Zebak, Feeling Special on Akkha (actually makes the fight faster), and all except Insanity on Warden. Deadly Prayers, On a Diet and Softcore Run are also free. All those take you to 210. I think it's 6 tick without overclock, 5 tick with overclock and 3 tick with insanity.
