After beating the final boss at Containment Tier 3, put 500 Vestiges of Dread on the Harvester to get 5 or 7 OUE.Opulent energy and bound essence drop from containment when you bind at the end. Bound essence has a low drop rate, through umbral energy is guaranteed. Neither drop from the free chest. Sever will drop umbral energy when you redeem any bound essences you have on your character.
