Seamoth stuck on land.

If it's really stuck on land, like in the middle of the caves on mountain island, you can type the console command 'item terraformer' to give yourself the terraformer. Use the terraformer to dig a tunnel underneath the seamoth until you reach water level, then dig a tunnel into open water. While playing Subnautica and exploring the hidden island, I accidentally parked my Seamoth too close to the island and now it's stuck on land, I tried to get it unstuck, but then my Seamoth just vanished and I can't get it back. I think that a bug might have caused this. But you could try building nearby the Seamoth (save before attempting) to see if you can "dig" that way. Keep in mind this will permanently alter the terrain. You cannot turn off the beacon and this is a known clipping issue that should eventually be fixed.

Seamoth stuck in terrain. I parked the seamoth in the shallows on the beach of the floating island while I went over to collect some food to put in my growbeds and when I got back to my seamoth it had sank into the terrain. I was able to get in it and it popped up above the terrain but the water is so shallow where it is now it can't move.

Turned out when the chunk wasn't loaded it fell into the water and was stuck under the ground. And I don't save often so I was screwed over a seamoth. I got mine stuck next to the aurora and I made a new one. Cut to 15hours later (first playthrough) i think to myself, could I get it unbeached with my prawn suit.

I logged back on (yes i did save earlier) and I could not enter my seamoth. use the propulsion cannon. it takes time because the seamoth is heavy, but after a few attempts it will work. same thing happened to me and the prop cannon did the trick just fine.
